Cristianos have always believed in listening to the needs of their clients and conduct an annual anonymous survey, which is used to highlight any improvements, which can be made. A copy can be obtained by contacting info@cristianos.co.uk

Summary:

This is the sixth, consecutive annual evaluation of responses to our treatment questionnaires. People make comments freely and we do encourage them to tell us how they believe we can improve our service as well as the benefits they have gained from receiving it.

Once again, we have been encouraged by the consistently high numbers of our clients that have endorsed our work and declared that we have maintained the high standards of service we set and that the results they have experienced have been successful. It is with a sense of satisfaction that we record that we have received unanimous positive feedback of our work; 100% of respondents considered the level of service they received as good ; 93% said very good or excellent and 82% simply recorded excellent .

To achieve and maintain those high satisfaction levels is testimony to the commitment of everyone at Cristianos. We take seriously the feedback we receive; it is reassuring that it is all so positive. When we further scrutinise the feedback, it is even more reassuring because we appear to offer sound advice, with 100% satisfaction on the timely & appropriate nature of that advice and attention given to personal requests and preferences .

We know how important it is for every client to receive attention to their personal needs; every respondent recorded total satisfaction that they were treated with courtesy, consideration, respect and dignity with attention given to their privacy and confidentiality .

We enjoy our reputation for making clients feel so welcome; we pride ourselves on our response to the requests and needs of clients. But it would not matter if we did not deliver what they ultimately need, hair removal! So we are equally pleased that the survey also records such high levels of satisfaction with the results we achieve. Over 96% of our clients are satisfied with the results we have achieved together and 100% of respondents unanimously would recommend Cristianos to others or have already done so!

And they feel better with 82% declaring improved self-esteem, 96% improved confidence and 100% have improved their appearance. Now that does wonders for me and everyone at Cristianos.
