Spider Naevi Vein treatments using the Ultra VPL™

Spider naevi veins are telangiectases that consist of a large arteriole from which radiate numerous small vessels that resemble, in the mind's eye, spider's legs. They are found. on the arms, neck, and chest wall.

They are commonly known as spider veins (a central, dilated red body with small, radiating capillaries, giving the impression of the legs of a spider) and are common during pregnancy. They can also occur by a sharp blow to the area or by catching the skin when plucking eyebrows or removing comedones (blackheads)

They can vary in size from barely visible to more than half a centimetre in diameter.
