When I first discovered the Cristianos website my shyness meant that I nearly did not get any further than reading about the treatment. However the photograph and description of Christine Hart made me feel brave enough to email. She looked so nice and down to earth so when she responded offering me the opportunity to call her for a chat I felt comfortable to accept.

I am so glad I did she was so lovely to me, I will never forget that first call. I remember explaining how nervous I was and she put me at ease immediately with her warm and bubbly nature. Before speaking to Christine things can seem like a mountain and her calming way and vast experience always reduce your concerns to a mole hill and you are left wondering why you were so worried in the first place.

Christine has a wonderful quality whereby you click with her immediately. When I first met her I felt like I had known her for years. She is so bubbly and cheerful that you cannot fail to feel relaxed in her company. Christine never judges you, she is just happy to help. She has such a generous spirit, if you have any concerns you want to discuss she always makes time to talk with you.

I am very pleased I started having treatment at Cristianos. The effectiveness so far on my face has been a 60% reduction. My bikini line (after only four treatments) has been approximately 55% and the results on my underarm practically 100%. Laser certainly works, the degree to which varies on hair colour and texture. The darker and coarser the hair the more miraculous the results. If you have dark hair, in my experience on my bikini line and underarm you can expect virtually 100% success (after a course of treatments).

I have not experienced any side effects due to my treatment. The laser is painful (like an elastic band being twanged against the skin) but the treatment is very fast and it only hurts for a moment, plus it is less painful than waxing for example. The results are so worth it too!

Christine and Dave Hart certainly have a fitting surname as they are both all Œheart¹. You only need to meet them to see how much they care about what they do and their clientele. All that work for Cristianos are an extension of this extremely warm and caring ethos. When you enter a Cristianos Clinic (I¹ve visited the Altrincham and Leeds branches) the atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly.

Sue, the Senior Receptionist at the Altrincham Clinic is wonderful, so kind and gentle. Having her there is like having your mum with you to hold your hand. She is so sympathetic and sweet with such a nice soft voice. I have been so grateful for her presence on several occasions, thanks Sue!

Lauren the Receptionist at the Leeds Clinic is a really lovely girl. She is so warm and friendly and completely nonjudgemental, nothing fazes her. She is so welcoming and bubbly, I always enjoy seeing Lauren and having a nice chat.

I consider all at Cristianos as friends which is a testament to the warm and caring atmosphere within the clinic and the high calibre of staff Chris and Dave employ. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Cristianos and I hope my words soothe away any anxieties to others suffering similar shyness.
