One of the things I like best about Cristianos is that it doesn't have that clinical, overly formal atmosphere some places try to create. The staff really take the time to make you feel welcome and relaxed, with things like drinks (tea, yum) and a comfy sofa whilst you're waiting. If you're like me and always feel a little nervous when having any sort of treatment, you'll wonder why you felt anxious at all after just a few sessions.

During the consultation, they explained everything in a very understandable way, and there was plenty of opportunity for questions. The final step was to agree on a pricing plan to suit me, and I've found it to be more than reasonable given that the amazing results.

After the 10 full-face sessions (of the original agreed 10-15), nearly all of the hair is gone. There have been no side effects at all, and the reduction was noticeable after the 1st appointment. I really cannot put into words how much of a difference their service has made, and how impressed I've been.

I actually look forward to all of my treatments at Cristianos now, and in some ways I'll be sad when I no longer need them. The staff have become friends and I plan to keep in touch with them. They've been so
helpful and played such a huge part in my transition, it's the least I can do.
