Consultation 17-05-1999 Treatment commenced 18-04-2000 with 3 full-face treatments than a gap to 26-01-01 when she had 2 treatments on upper-lip and chin then recommenced full-face 23-03-01. Total 12 full-face and 3 upper-lip After consultation in May 1999 it was 11 months before Jayne decided to proceed with treatment. After having 3 full-face sessions Jayne had to put her treatment plan on hold. When she was able to return to Cristianos, Jayne began to have just her upper-lip treated. She was soon able to return to her treatment plan in full. Despite her treatment having been disrupted she has still ended up with excellent results. Her skin was pale and hair dark brown. She has very little unpigmented hair remaining revealing a beautiful complexion requiring little or no make-up

19th May 2002 Dear Chris, I am writing to express my thanks for your ongoing support in my quest for full facial hair removal. After having already undergone unsuccessful treatment from other hair removal 'specialists', I was naturally secptical about hoe effective the treatment would be. I have to say however, that I am now nearing the end of my treatment, I have hardly any facial hair at all and I am confident that with your ongoing support it will not be long until I have none. Unlike my previous treatment, your initial consultation was free and all the costs were fully explained before the treatment started. The needs of transgendered people are quite specific and I was pleasantly surprised about how well the staff understood the issues surrounding transsexualism. Everything I needed to know was explained, including how hair grows, the process involved in it's removal and aftercare of the skin. The friendly and unassuming atmosphere quickly put me at ease and I have always found the Cristianos approach extremely professional and caring. Transsexuals are a vulnerable group of people and I would imagine there are few clinics who can offer the same standards of care for transsexuals for what is, an essential treatment.
