Pilonidal Sinus and Hair Removal
Check out our new page: https://www.cristianos.co.uk/pilonidal-sinus-hair-removal/and read a Clinical Paper on the efficacy of treatment by laser for a recurring Pilonidal Sinus.
Pilonidal disease is a chronic disease of the naval cleft. Recurrent follicular infection is the causative factor. Surgical treatment is the main option open to patients but recurrence is all too common. At Cristianos we believe the hair can successfully be removed from the naval cleft which could result in less Surgery time by eliminating the ingrowing hairs which often cause infections and disturb healing. Under NHS England’s Policy there is funding readily available for this treatment.
